Joanna Kulska is an Assistant professor at the University of Opole since 2005. She holds a PhD in Political Science and an MA in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.

Joanna Kulska is a scholar of state-church and intercultural relations. Her research interests are linked to conflict resolution, religious diplomacy and Polish-German reconciliation.
Dr. Kulska has a rich experience experience in higher education, with more than 20 years of teaching at undergraduate and graduate level.
